Ali Fedotowsky Lost 50 Pounds With These Incredibly Easy-To-Follow Steps

This is so...normal.

Former Bachelorette star Ali Fedotowksy just shed 50 pounds—and she did it in a refreshingly normal way. No fancy trainers, extreme deprivation, or elaborate meal plans here, the TV personality told US Weekly. Instead, it's all about that keeping that FitBit charged.

After giving birth to her adorable daughter Molly last summer, Ali wanted to get in shape rather quickly. After all, she has a winter wedding in the books. (She's engaged to Kevin Manno, ICYMI.) So, here's what she did: dug into a bowl of pasta.

Knowing that she can't live without the carb-loaded stuff (honestly, who can?) Ali has a bowl of pasta, with butter and parm, as her first meal of the day. That way, she can burn it off throughout the day as she chases her wee one around or takes family hikes. She also uses her FitBit to track steps, and doesn't count calories.

The five-foot-seven star is now a trim and healthy 135 pounds. And at a perfect size six, she told the mag: "My body is better than before I had Molly!"
